The following Frequently Asked Questions cover important details about admissions, exams, internships, and jobs. Please read them carefully before applying.
- Admission and Batches

Virohan facilitates the admission process but does not play any role in granting admission — the final
decision rests solely with the University, which also reserves the right to withdraw admission at any stage.

Batch launch dates and timings shared are tentative and subject to change or cancellation by the university
at any time.
- Exams and Degree Completion
- Students must follow all University and Virohan policies.
- Degree completion is not guaranteed-it depends on:
- Meeting minimum attendance and exam requirements
- Completing coursework and practical training
- Performance, commitment, and self-motivation of the student etc
- Internship completion is a mandatory part of the degree.
- All examination-related formalities (e.g., date sheets, admit cards) fall under the University's scope;
Virohan does not issue date sheets, admit cards etc.
- University reserves the right to award the degree. Virohan does not issue any degree and has no involvement
in the final decision regarding degree issuance.
- Internship
- Internships are facilitated, not guaranteed. Selection depends on industry demand and student performance.
- Stipends are not assured. Employers decide the amount, if any, based on skills and role.
- Internship locations are not fixed and can be anywhere in India. Students must be prepared to relocate if
required.
- Students must follow all workplace policies, including attendance, professionalism and performance
standards.
- Workplace policies are set by employers. Virohan has no say in the employers' internal matters.
- Job
- Job is not guaranteed. Students must actively apply and attend interviews during the 60 days of support
provided by Virohan.
- Job locations are not fixed and can be anywhere in India. Students must be prepared to relocate if required.
Disclaimer
- All candidates must sign and follow the University's and Virohan's policies at the
time of joining. It is the responsibility of the candidate to read all policies carefully before joining.
- Virohan is an approved training partner of the National Skill Development Corporation
(NSDC). Virohan does NOT provide any guarantees for degree completion, internship, placement, stipends, salaries
or registration with any professional councils. Any verbal claims or promises are NOT valid unless officially
communicated by Virohan in writing. No claim shall lie against Virohan merely because it is the Industry Partner
of the Higher Education Institute (University, College etc.)
- All mention of “Degree” made refers to a UGC-approved qualification
provided by a UGC recognised Higher Education Institute (HEI). The degree nomenclatures are subject to revision
to comply with regulatory requirements from time to time and fall under the University's prerogative.
- All programs offered by HEIs, in collaboration with Virohan, are offered in regular mode, with in-person delivery, using blended learning pedagogy. Online instruction may occur only in exceptional circumstances.
- SureStart is subject to the student fulfilling the eligibility criteria, as specified
by applicable law and HEI guidelines and policies. The student will be considered accepted in SureStart only
upon the Conditional Offer Letter ("Letter") being provided by the SureStart Partner. The contents of the Letter
may be subject to change/ modification by the SureStart Partner. In case of such modification, the SureStart
Partner will issue a revised Letter in a timely manner. Furthermore, the Letter is between the SureStart Partner
and the Student and no third party has any vested interest/ liability in the same. In case the student drops
out, the SureStart offer is null and void. (S)he may also lose the internship with the SureStart Partner in case
any disciplinary action is initiated against him/her. Furthermore, Virohan is not liable in case the SureStart
Partner does not provide internships to the accepted students. Virohan has no role to play beyond facilitation
and does not make any commitments on behalf of the SureStart Partner to the student. Please read the offer
