The Republic Day Celebration at Virohan Institute of health and management science was a grand affair. The event was organised on 25th January 2023 to commemorate the 74th Republic Day of India.
The highlight of the event was a cultural program that showcased the rich diversity of India's culture. There were dance performances representing different states of India and a skit on the significance of the Republic Day which highlighted the importance of every profession.The audience was enthralled by the vibrant display of traditional and folk dances, which added to the festive spirit of the occasion.
There were various competition based events like poetry recitation , singing and dance. Students took part in the event enthusiastically and it was attended by a large number of students, faculty, and staff. The atmosphere was charged with patriotic feeling and the participants showed their respect for the nation by singing patriotic songs and participating in the various cultural programs. All the students were dressed up in the tri-color theme.
At the end of the event, the centre CEO addressed the students, she emphasized the importance of upholding the values enshrined in the Constitution and the need to preserve the unity and integrity of the nation.
All the winners were appreciated by the certificates and gifts. The Republic Day Celebration at the Institute was a resounding success and the participants left the venue with a sense of pride and patriotism.
