It is really our great pleasure to share that we have successfully hosted the 7th event on the theme of Children’s Day & World Diabetes Day in the Virohan Institute of Health & Management Science, Nagpur Campus.

The auditorium hall was decorated with posters of children's day and world diabetic day promoting the theme. Hence the program started with the entry of our honourable Head Facilitator in Charge Dr. Poonam ma'am, and Facilitator in Charge Snehal sir, and Prasenjit sir.

The objective of the program was to memorise our childhood days and spread awareness on World Diabetic Day.

On Saturday we, VSC members asked the students for their childhood photos to paste on the special board for refreshing their childhood memories.

Moving forward, our VSC members also run a donation campaign on campus to collect donations for an orphanage. The contribution was completely volunteering yet the contribution was done beyond our expectations. Everyone contributed to this campaign by donating some amount.

After the donation campaign on the next day team VSC gathered on campus to start the next important activity which was shopping for donation items from the market. After purchasing fruits, stationery items and chocolates VSC Coordinators Anuradha and Shubhangi and VSC members reached to ‘The Home for Aged and Handicapped - Untkhana Nagpur’ and the donation was done which was really a great experience for all of us. Smiles on their faces is the thing that we cannot forget in our life, we experienced an immense feeling
of divine pleasure and satisfaction. No other feeling can replace this experience.

The whole event was blessed with an exciting response from the audience which was seen through their involvement during the event. Post all execution of all the events, certificates were distributed to all the winners of GFC events by HFIC Dr. Poonam ma'am and both FICs Snehal Saharkar and Prasenjit Sontakke which was a great appreciation for all the winners and motivation for the audience.

At the end of the program, anchors gave a vote of thanks to HFIC, FICs, Judges, Facilitators, and all students for showing their active participation during the event.

They also appreciated all VSC members and Coordinators Anuradha & Shubhangi for organising and giving their best to make the event successful. They addressed that team VSC is the soul of Virohan although no words can appreciate Team VSC enough.

The children's day and world diabetic day Event was a grand success, fulfilling their objective of creating new memories and rejuvenating old childhood days, and spreading awareness on world diabetic day.

We aim to conduct many more successful events under VSC with unique and innovative concepts in the future also.
